<p><b>108 YIL ÖNCE İSTANBUL&#8217;DAN İLK HAREKET…</b></p>
<p>28 Nisan 1901&#8242;de İstanbul&#8217;dan sesiz sedasız yola çıkan, İzmir ve İskenderiye&#8217;ye uğrayıp Kızıldeniz&#8217;i aşarak Uzak Doğu&#8217;ya yönelen Nemçe (Avusturya) vapuru Batı&#8217;nın bölgedeki ajan ve diplomatlarını hareketlendirmişti. Vapur henüz Çin&#8217;e ulaşmadan Pekin&#8217;deki Batılı sefaretler başkentlerine kriptolu mesajlar gönderir: &#8220;İstanbul&#8217;daki &#8216;kurnaz Sultan&#8217; Çinli Müslümanları kendine çekmek üzere yeni hamlelere girişti. 9 kişilik temsil heyeti Çin&#8217;e geliyor.&#8221; Osmanlı temsil heyeti uzun ve meşakkatli bir yolculuğun ardından Çin&#8217;e ulaştığında, bölgede âdeta bayram havası eser. Şanghay Limanı&#8217;na gelen vapuru görmek isteyen Çinli Müslümanlar izdihama yol açar. Sadece Batılı gazeteler değil, tüm dünya basını bu kritik ziyarete geniş yer verir o tarihlerde.</p>
<p>Çin yönetimi, ülkelerine gelen Osmanlı heyetini memnuniyetle karşılasa da, o dönemde bu ülkeyi sömüren Batılı ülkeler tedirgindi. Bizzat Sultan II. Abdülhamid tarafından görevlendirilen Mirliva (Tuğgeneral) Enver Paşa&#8217;nın hangi amaçla Çin&#8217;e geldiğini merak ediyorlardı. Hâliyle paşa, ikinci eşi, iki kâtip, iki âlim, iki asker ve uşaklardan oluşan heyet yaklaşık 4 ay süren ziyaret boyunca Batılı ajan ve elçilerin çemberindeydi. Akıcı Fransızcası, etkileyici hitabetiyle Enver Paşa, Çinli Müslümanlar ve yabancı elçilere II. Abdülhamid&#8217;in barış mesajlarını getirmek için geldiklerini söylüyordu. Ama Batılılar bu açıklamayı pek inandırıcı bulmamıştı.</p>
<p>Haddi zatında ziyaretin görünen sebebi Çin&#8217;de son yıllarda patlak veren, özellikle sömürgeci Alman ve İngilizleri hedef alan ayaklanmaları yatıştırmaktı. Zira, 1901&#8242;deki Boxer isyanında, Pekin&#8217;deki Alman Büyükelçisi Kettler sokak ortasında öldürülüp cesedi sürüklenince dönemin Alman İmparatoru Kaiser II. Wilhelm, hususi ilişkisi bulunduğu II. Abdülhamid&#8217;den yardım istemiş, aralarında Müslümanların da bulunduğu isyancıları bastırmak üzere Çin&#8217;e birlik göndermesini talep etmişti. Çin&#8217;i cezalandırmak isteyen bazı Batılı devletler karma birlik de gönderir bu dönemde. Ancak 30 milyonluk Osmanlı, o dönemde tahmini 50-60 milyon Çinli Müslüman&#8217;ın (toplam nüfus 500 milyon) tepkisini çekmemek için bu ülkeye askerî birlik göndermekten geri duruyordu. Bununla birlikte Batı&#8217;yla kurduğu dengeleri koruma arzusundaydı; özelikle Almanlarla olanı.</p>
<p>Diplomasideki mahareti bilinen II. Abdülhamid, hem Osmanlı-Alman ilişkilerini zedelemeyecek hem de Çinli Müslümanları İstanbul&#8217;a meylettirecek bir formül buldu. Şeyhülislam Cemaleddin Efendi&#8217;nin de oluruyla &#8216;Nasihat Heyeti&#8217; adı altında dokuz kişiden oluşan bir temsilci grubunun Çin&#8217;e gönderilmesini istedi. Sultan, bu kritik göreve, Yıldız&#8217;ın parlak subaylarından Enver Paşa&#8217;yı seçti. Yanına Kurmay Binbaşı Nâzım Bey verildi. Heyette ayrıca din adamı sıfatıyla Mustafa Şükrü Efendi yer aldı (rahmetli başbakanlardan Bülent Ecevit&#8217;in dedesi).</p>
<p><b>BATILI AJAN VE ELÇİLER HEYETİ TAKİP ETTİ</b></p>
<p>Devlet hazinesinden karşılanan 500 Türk lirasıyla yola çıkan ve bir ay süren yorucu seyahatin ardından mayıs (1901) başında Şanghay Limanı&#8217;na ulaşan Türk heyeti, sadece bu kentteki Müslümanlarla görüşmekle kalmamış, Çinli Müslümanların yoğunlukta olduğu bölgelere geziler düzenlemişti. Heyet, bu tür buluşmaları fırsat bilip &#8216;Müslümanların Halifesi&#8217; sıfatıyla II. Abdülhamid adına yazılan ve Çinceye tercüme edilen beyannameler dağıtır. Cuma namazlarına iştirak edip Sultan adına hutbeler okutur. Batılı elçiler, heyetin &#8216;ayaklanmaları yatıştırma&#8217; gibi bir misyonu olmadığını, giriştiği faaliyetlerde Çinli Müslümanları Halife Abdülhamid himayesinde toplamaya çalıştığını görünce Enver Paşa ve grubuyla teması keser. Hatta Batılılar bu duruma o kadar içerler ki Enver Paşa&#8217;yı karşılayan Alman elçisi bile bir daha uğramaz heyetin yanına.</p>
<p>II. Abdülhamid&#8217;in Batı&#8217;yı bir kez daha oyuna getirdiğini düşünen Pekin&#8217;deki Fransız Büyükelçisi, 4 Haziran 1901&#8242;de Paris&#8217;e şu mesajı geçer: &#8220;Sayın Bakan, Zât-ı âlileri, mektubuna ek olarak, Sultan tarafından Çin Müslümanlarıyla ilişki kurmak üzere görevlendirilmiş olan Türk heyeti konusundaki genelgeyi bulacaklardır… Şimdiki şartlar muvacehesinde, Alman hükûmeti tarafından tavsiye edildiği söylenen bu konudaki Bâb-i Ali niyetlerini öğrenmekte fayda mülâhaza ediyorum. Kouang-Si, Kouang-Tong ve özellikle Müslümanların yoğun olduğu Yunnan&#8217;da gelişen bir Pan-İslamist hareket tehlikeli olabilir ve ben neye mal olursa olsun, İstanbul&#8217;daki elçimizden Enver Paşa heyetinin gayesi hakkında bilgi elde etmeye çalışacağım… Bizim Hindo-Çin&#8217;deki sömürgelerimize komşu olan bölgelerde çok sayıda Müslüman olması hasebiyle, bu heyet, çok yakından izlememiz gereken Pan-İslamist temayüllerin bir işareti olabilir… Şanghay&#8217;da konaklayan heyetin gerçek</p>
<p>Yaklaşık 4 ay süren bu kritik sefer sırasında Enver Paşa ve heyeti maddi sıkıntılar yaşar. Batı karşıtı Ruslar bu fırsatı kaçırmaz, heyetin yardımına koşar. Enver Paşa&#8217;nın ikinci eşinin Avusturyalı olması onlara avantaj sağlar. Çin&#8217;deki Avusturya sefareti de Türk heyetine destek verir. Enver Paşa, dönüş hazırlığına başladığı günlerde, Rus Çarı&#8217;ndan bir telgraf alır. Çar, Enver Paşa&#8217;yı Rusya&#8217;ya davet etmektedir. İstanbul&#8217;dan alınan onayın ardından Çin&#8217;den Rusya&#8217;ya geçilir. Heyet orada da ilgiyle karşılanır.</p>
<p>Osmanlı&#8217;nın, sömürgeci Batı güçleri karşısında, İslam ülkelerinden alacağı destekle ayakta kalabileceğini hesaplayan Halife II. Abdülhamid, heyetin ardından Çinli Müslümanlarla kurulan bağları geliştirmekten geri durmaz. Bu amaçla Enver Paşa&#8217;nın ardından, en gözde adamı Muhammed Ali&#8217;yi (bazı kaynaklara göre en iyi hafiyesi) 1902 yılında gizlice Çin&#8217;e gönderir. Molla giyinişli, &#8216;turist âlim&#8217; imajını kullanarak Çin&#8217;in iç kısımlarında gezen Muhammed Ali, Müslümanlarla ciddi bağlantılar kurar. Arapça ve İngilizce bilmesi bu noktada çok etkili olur. İkna ettiği Müslüman ailelerin çocuklarını İstanbul&#8217;a eğitime gönderir. Muhammed Ali, bir taraftan ihtiyaç sahibi Çinli Müslümanlara İstanbul&#8217;dan gelen maddi yardımları dağıtırken, diğer yandan bölgedeki gelişmeleri sık sık yolladığı raporlarla Yıldız&#8217;a aktarır. Sultan II. Abdülhamid bu raporları, 500 milyonluk ülkedeki 50-70 milyon Müslüman&#8217;ı İstanbul&#8217;a bağlamak için geliştirdiği stratejilerinde kullanıyordu. Muhammed Ali, o dönemde Çinli Müslümanların itibar ettiği İmam Wang Haoren ile temasa geçer. İmam Haoren&#8217;e Osmanlıyı ve Sultan Abdülhamid&#8217;in İslam dünyasında hayata geçirmek istediği projeleri anlatır.</p>
<p>Çin&#8217;de o dönemin önemli Müslüman âlimlerinden biri olarak gösterilen İmam Wang Haoren (1848-1919), medresedeki eğitim ve öğretimin geliştirilmesi fikrini savunuyordu. Daha önce sadece Arapça eğitim veren Çin&#8217;deki Müslüman medreselere Çin kültürü ve Çince derslerini ilk dâhil eden de yenilikçi İmam Haoren oluyor. Haoren&#8217;nun adı Çin tarihinde &#8216;köprüleri birleştiren eğitmen&#8217;, &#8216;sosyal aktivist&#8217; sıfatlarıyla anılıyor.</p>
<p>Haoren, kendisine ulaşan bu gayriresmî Osmanlı elçisinden ve modern eğitim seferberliğine girişen II. Abdülhamid&#8217;den çok etkilenir. 1906&#8242;da talebesi Ma Debao ile çıktığı hac ziyaretinin ardından Mekke&#8217;den İstanbul&#8217;a geçer. II. Abdülhamid tarafından çok sıcak karşılanır. Haoren, İstanbul&#8217;da bulunduğu günlerde, Osmanlı eğitim sitemini inceler, İslam konusundaki hassasiyetleri gözlemler. Tespit ettiği farklıkları not alır. Çin&#8217;e döndüğünde sohbet ve hutbelerinde Osmanlı&#8217;dan, Sultan ve Türklerin Müslümanlığından bahseder.</p>
<p>II. Abdülhamid, İstanbul&#8217;a kadar gelen bu Çinli kanaat önderini eli boş göndermez. O dönemde Çin&#8217;de İslami eser pek bulunmadığı gerekçesiyle Haoren&#8217;e binin üzerinde kitap hediye eder ve bunları diğer Çinli âlimlerle paylaşmasını ister. Çinli kaynaklar bu eserlerden birkaçının günümüze ulaştığını ifade ediyor. II. Abdülhamid, İmam Haoren&#8217;e Pekin&#8217;de bir üniversite açma düşüncesinden bahseder. Modern eğitim yanlısı Haoren bu konuda Sultan&#8217;a elinden gelen her türlü yardımı sağlayacağını belirtir.</p>
<p>İstanbul&#8217;daki buluşmanın ardından henüz bir yıl geçmiştir ki Haoren&#8217;in kapısı çalınır. II. Abdülhamid&#8217;in okul açmak için Pekin&#8217;e gönderdiği iki Osmanlı muallimi ondan katkı beklemektedir. Yunnan bölgesindeki Müslümanların imamı Haoren, Muallim Ali Rıza Efendi ile Muallim Bursalı Hafız Hasan Efendi&#8217;yi Niujie Camii&#8217;ne götürür. Burada cemaate 10 bin kilometre öteden gelen bu Türk muallimlerin okul açma planını anlatır. O dönemde Niujie Camii Müslümanların buluşma mekânıdır. Çinli Müslümanlar bu caminin arka bahçesini Türk hocalara verir. Burada boş tutulan bir bina onarılır, yanına iki derslik daha inşa edilir. Çinli Müslümanlar Osmanlı bayrağının dalgalandığı derslikleri bir an önce faaliyete geçirmek için yardımcı da olur Türklere. İstanbul&#8217;dan gelen direktife bölgede Müslüman âlime duyulan ihtiyaç eklenince okulun üniversite seviyesinde açılmasına karar verilir.</p>
<p>Bir yıl süren çalışmaların ardından, 1908&#8242;de gözyaşları ve dualarla açılır Dâru&#8217;l-Ulûmi&#8217;l-Hamidîyye (Pekin Hamidiye Üniversitesi). Okul kısa zamanda Osmanlı-Çin ilişkilerinde bir doping etkisi oluşturur. Bir bakıma iki toplumu birbirine bağlar. II. Abdülhamid Han&#8217;ın 19. yüzyılın imkânlarıyla, Batı&#8217;nın düşmanlığına rağmen dünyanın öbür ucunda açtırdığı bu eğitim müessesesi Çinli Müslümanları İstanbul ve Halife&#8217;ye bağlar âdeta.</p>
<p>Okulun açılmasının ardından Çin&#8217;de değişen atmosferi Paris&#8217;e şöyle bildiriyordu Fransa&#8217;nın Pekin Büyükelçisi: &#8220;1908&#8242;de II. Abdülhamid adına açılan ve kapısında Osmanlı bayrağı dalgalanan eğitim müessesesinin ardından Çin&#8217;de yaşayan Müslümanlar yalnız Abdülhamid&#8217;den bahsetmekte ve ona övgülerde bulunmaktadır. Şüphe yoktur ki bu neticeler İslam dininin öğrettiği erdem ve faziletin bir neticesidir.&#8221;</p>
<p>Pekin Huizu (Çin Müslümanları) Tarih ve Kültür Araştırma Bölümü Başkanı Yang HaiHaipeng, o günkü şartlarda Hamidiye Üniversitesi&#8217;nin açılmasını mühim bir olay olarak değerlendiriyor. Tarihçi HaiHaipeng, aradan geçen 101 yıla rağmen okulun dersliklerinin Çinli Müslümanların hassasiyeti sayesinde ayakta kalabildiğini belirtiyor: &#8220;1907&#8242;de İstanbul&#8217;dan gelen iki Türk hoca, İmam Haoren ile görüşüp o zamanki adıyla bir &#8216;İslami Öğretmen Yetiştirme Enstitüsü&#8217;nü inşaya girişir. Türk kaynaklarında Hamidiye Üniversitesi olarak geçen, Pekin&#8217;deki Niujie Camii&#8217;nin arkasındaki bir dönüm alan üzerinde bulunan bu 3 sınıflı okul bugün hâlâ ayakta.&#8217;</p>
<p>1908&#8242;in sonunda henüz bilinmeyen bir sebepten ötürü Türk hocalar Çin&#8217;den ayrılınca, üniversiteye bölgedeki Müslümanlar sahip çıkar. Bir müddet sonra hoca yokluğundan üniversite ilkokul olarak kullanılır. Ancak 1949&#8242;daki Mao devriminin ardından Arapça ve dinî eğitime son verilir, sadece Çince eğitime imkân tanınır. Sultan II. Abdülhamid Han&#8217;ın kurdurduğu Hamidiye Üniversitesi&#8217;nin bir dersliği bugün hâlâ faaliyette. Cami cemaati isteyen gençlere gönüllü olarak din dersi veriyor bu sınıfta. Zira, okulun yaşına rağmen sınıfların durumu oldukça iyi. Zaman içinde okuldaki Osmanlı motifleri silinse de İslami mimari olduğu gibi duruyor.</p>

<p>Meşrutiyet&#8217;in ilanında olsun, 31 Mart ayaklanmasında olsun ön saflarda mücadele veren Filozof Rıza Tevfik, yalnız yazdığı o &#8216;tehlikeli&#8217; şiirle II. Abdülhamid&#8217;in manevî şahsiyetinden özür dilemekle yetinmeyecek, aynı zamanda bazı kişilere nedametini böyle dile getirecekti.    </p>
<p>Miladi takvimle 13 Nisan&#8217;a tekabül eden 31 Mart 1325 (1909) kanlı ayaklanması, bir dizi zincirleme reaksiyonla II. Abdülhamid&#8217;in tahttan indirilip sürgüne gönderilmesine varan olayları tetiklemiş, yakın tarihimizde neredeyse 20 yıl süren artçı sarsıntılara sebep olmuştu. Bu sarsıntılar bittiğinde yaklaşık 4 milyon kilometrekare büyüklüğündeki bir imparatorluğun çöktüğüne ve Anadolu&#8217;ya büzülerek canını kurtarabildiğine şahit olunacaktı. Dolayısıyla sonuçları itibarıyla aradan yüz yıl geçmesine rağmen üzerimizdeki etkisi hâlâ devam eden &#8216;derin&#8217; bir olay karşısındayız. </p>

<p>31 Mart&#8217;ın 100. yıldönümünde Mustafa Turan adlı muzikacı subayın anlattıklarından takip edelim ibretlik olayları. Okuyunca yüz yıldan beri ne kadar az şeyin değiştiğini göreceksiniz.    </p>
<p>12 Mart 1909 günü cuma selamlığından dönen askerler Taşkışla&#8217;daki koğuşlarında sarıklı, sakallı birtakım hocaların erata vaaz vermekte olduklarını görürler. Bunların ne aradıklarını sorduklarında Hassa Ordusu Kumandanlığı&#8217;nın emriyle geldikleri söylenir. Oysa sorumlu komutanların bu emirden haberleri yoktur.     </p>
<p>Derken 31 Mart günü gelir. Bir paşa çıkar askerin karşısına, kendilerine padişahın fermanı gereği bundan sonra siperlikli şapka giyileceğini söyler. Aslında paşa da, yanındaki subaylar da sahte üniformalar giydirilmiş İttihat ve Terakki yöneticileridir. Bahaaddin Şakir, Mithat Şükrü (Bleda) ve Ömer Naci beylerdir bunlar. Bir yandan dinî telkinle şişirilen askere, &#8216;gavur işi&#8217; şapka giydirmek; senaryo askeri sokağa dökmek üzerine kuruludur. Artık asker kabına sığmaz haldedir.     </p>
<p>Nitekim Mustafa Turan&#8217;ın da içinde yer aldığı 7. Alay bandosu &quot;Ey gaziler, yol göründü yine garip serime&quot; marşını çalarak Dolmabahçe yolundan Meclis&#8217;in bulunduğu Ayasofya&#8217;ya doğru yürüyüşe geçer. Araya karışan tahrikçiler tabancalarını çıkarıp havaya ateş etmeye başlarlar. Askerlere &quot;Ne duruyorsunuz, sizler de ateş etsenize!&quot; diye bağırırlar. Mavzerler havaya dikilir, ateş başlar, isyanın fitili tutuşmuştur.     </p>
<p>İnsan seli Galata Köprüsü&#8217;nü kaplar önce, sonra Ayasofya&#8217;ya kadar uzanır. Beyaz sarıklı softalar askerin yolunu keserek &quot;Müslümanlık elden gidiyor, şapka giydireceklermiş, Şeriat isteriz&quot; şeklinde bağrışırlar. Bu arada Meclis civarında silahlar patlar. Hüseyin Cahit (Yalçın) zannettikleri Şekip Arslan adlı Lazkiye milletvekili yanlışlıkla öldürülür. İsyancıları yatıştırmak isteyen Adalet Bakanı Nazım Paşa pencereden nasihat vermek isterken vurulur. Yine yanlışlıkla: Vuranlar onu Meclis Başkanı Ahmet Rıza zannetmişlerdir! Fırsatçılar ise &quot;Şûra-yı Ümmet&quot; ve &quot;Tanin&quot; gazetelerinin matbaalarını tahrip ederler.     </p>
<p>Deniz kuvvetleri de karışmıştır. Ali Kabuli Bey adlı Asar-ı Tevfik zırhlısı süvarisi sarayı bombalayacağı gerekçesiyle yaka paça Yıldız Sarayı&#8217;na getirilip Abdülhamid&#8217;in karşısına çıkarılır. O da Mabeyn penceresinden Bahriye Nezareti&#8217;ne götürülüp sorgulanmasını ister ve içeri girer. Bu sırada Ali Kabuli linç edilir.     </p>
<p>31 Mart senaryosu başarıyla yürürlüğe konulmuş, başkent İstanbul tam anlamıyla kaosun içine yuvarlanmıştır.     </p>
<p>23 Nisan günü Abdülhamid son cuma selamlığına çıkmadan önce subayları huzuruna davet eder. Onlara son bir konuşma yapar. Hareket ordusunun İstanbul&#8217;a girmek üzere olduğunu, kesinlikle çatışmaya girilmemesini tembihler ve şöyle devam eder:     </p>
<p>&quot;31 Mart günü okunan ferman benim değildir, bu hadise bazı düşmanlar tarafından tertiplenmiştir. Sizleri aldatmışlar, kötü emelleri için teşvik ve tahrik etmişler. Asker evlatlarım bunlara kesinlikle inanmasınlar. Kışlalarında sakin olsunlar, silah kullanmasınlar&#8230;&quot;     </p>
<p>O gün Abdülhamid 33 yıl sonra en sessiz cuma selamlığına çıkar. Askere resmi geçit yaptırmaz. Sessiz sedasız namazını kılar ve saraya döner.&#160;&#160; </p>
<p>Kışlaya döndüklerinde bir sürpriz karşılar askerleri. Avcı taburu subayları sırra kadem basmışlardır. Bir tek Albay İsmail Hakkı kalmıştır başlarında; o da askere sıkı sıkıya tembihler tahrike kapılmamalarını. Ancak 23 Nisan gecesi avcılar gizlice cephaneliğin kilitlerini kırarak silahları koğuşlarına taşırlar. Ertesi gün Hareket Ordusu şehre girmiş ve elinde cephane bulunan Avcı Taburları ile kıyasıya bir çarpışma başlamıştır. Taşkışla topa tutulmuş, kimi katları yıkılmıştır.     </p>
<p>Binbaşı Enver Paşa görünür kapıda. Yanında Bulgar eşkıyası Sandinski vardır. Albay İsmail Hakkı, astı olan Enver Bey tarafından Bulgar eşkıyaları huzurunda tokatlanır. Albay da yüzüne tükürür Enver&#8217;in. Düşmanların yanında bir Türk askerine yaptığı bu hakareti &quot;Seni utanmaz alçak&quot; diye iade eder. Tabii sonu kurşuna dizilerek katledilmek olur bu şerefli askerin. Ardından Sandinski&#8217;ye döner Enver ve &#8216;Hak etmedi mi?&#8217; diye sorar. Ardından suçlu olduğuna kanaat getirdiği askerleri teker teker süngületerek öldürtür. (Enver Paşa&#8217;yı kahraman ilan edenler bu sahneleri iyi okusunlar!) </p>
<p>Ardından Yıldız Sarayı yağması başlar. Yine de cemiyeti rahata erdirecek hazineyi bulamamışlardır. Haremağası Cevher Ağa yerini bir türlü söylemez gizli hazinenin. İşkencelere rağmen konuşmaz. Sonunda darağacını boylar. İkinci Musahip Nadir Ağa hazinenin yerini söylemek zorunda kalır.     </p>
<p>Sonrasını biliyorsunuz zaten. Abdülhamid&#8217;siz yüz yıl&#8230;     </p>
<p>Ancak biri iki kısık sesli hatıra takılır hafızamıza. </p>
<p>Abdülhamid&#8217;in gizli hazinesi diye bulduklarının bir kısmı, belki 30 yıldır dokunulmamış, dokunulmadığı demir raflara değen kısımlarının pas tutmasından anlaşılan atlas altın keseleridir. Sultan 93 Harbi&#8217;nde parasızlığın devletin elini ayağını nasıl bukağıladığını bizzat yaşadığı için ilk fırsatta yer altında gizli bir kasa yaptırıp ileride bir savaşta lazım olur diye altınları depolatmış ve en sıkışık zamanlarda dahi kullanılmasına müsaade etmemişti.    </p>
<p>Bir de Ümraniye&#8217;de bir cami vardır, geçerken bakın, üstünde Abdülhamid&#8217;in tuğrasını göreceksinizdir. Halen 5 vakit ezan okunan bu cami kimin midir? İttihatçıların astıkları Habeşistanlı Cevher Ağa&#8217;nın. Oysa Enver&#8217;inden Talat&#8217;ına kadar İttihatçıların &#8216;Panteonu&#8217; olarak tasarlanan Şişli&#8217;deki Hürriyet-i Ebediye tepesinin, hava iyiyse pazar günleri mangalcılar dışında uğrayanı yok gibidir. Hem bu tepenin yanı başına dev bir Adalet Sarayı inşa edilmekte oluşunda bir ima arayalım mı? Yargılama yeniden mi başlayacaktır yoksa? </p>
